Ganesha Ecosphere's promoter, GPL Finance Limited, has pledged 10,25,000 equity shares, which represent 4.03% of the company's total share capital.

These shares were pledged as collateral for loans to fund the conversion of equity warrants.

Currently, GPL Finance Limited holds 9.13% of Ganesha Ecosphere's shares, indicating approximately 44% of their direct holding is now encumbered.
