M/s. Kirtane & Pandit LLP has been appointed as the new Statutory Auditor for five years, pending shareholder approval, as the previous auditor's tenure concluded.

Additionally, M/s. R. S. Rajpurohit and Co. was re-appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term.
