Alkali Metals has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of ₹20.61 crore.

However, it posted a net loss of ₹1.15 crore for the quarter, with Earnings Per Share (EPS) at ₹-1.13. In other key decisions, the Board accepted the resignation of its statutory auditors, C K S Associates, and simultaneously appointed J V S L & Associates as the new statutory auditors.

This move addresses the casual vacancy, ensuring continuity in audit functions.
