Sayaji Hotels (Indore) Limited's Independent Directors Committee (IDC) has provided its stance on the ongoing Open Offer by Century 21 Officespace Private Limited and its associates.

The offer targets up to 7,92,118 equity shares, representing 26.00% of the company's capital, at Rs. 1,250 per share.

The IDC assessed the offer and determined it is fair and reasonable.

This assessment considers the Rs. 1,250 offer price is higher than recent trading prices, including the 52-week volume-weighted average of Rs. 1,193.19. Shareholders are encouraged to review the offer independently to make an informed decision.
