Firstsource Solutions has announced the acquisition of Pastdue Credit Solutions Limited (PDC), a UK-based debt collection agency, for GBP 22 million (approximately ₹231 Cr). This strategic move will give Firstsource 100% ownership of PDC, significantly expanding its presence and capabilities in the UK debt collection services market.

PDC brings a strong track record, reporting a recent annual turnover of GBP 16.9 million and an operating profit of GBP 3.4 million.

This acquisition, subject to regulatory clearances, positions Firstsource for further growth in a key geographic market.
