ACI Infocom Ltd. has announced that at a board meeting, it approved the appointment of two new directors.

Mr. Pradeep Natvarlal Dhanuka joins as an Additional Executive Director, and Mrs. Nidhi Pradeep Dhanuka as an Additional Non-Executive Director.

These appointments, considered following the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's review, are effective immediately.

Both new directors bring over 10 years of industry experience.

The company confirmed they have no relation to existing board members, which supports transparent corporate governance.

These additions are set to enhance the board's expertise and oversight.
