SM Auto Stamping's Board has approved a significant capacity expansion by purchasing a new machine.

The company's existing 800T machine currently operates at 90% utilization.

This addition, expected by year-end, will double the total capacity to 2,50,000 strokes per month.

The Rs. 2.50 Cr investment, including GST, will be funded partially through bank borrowing and internal surplus funds.

This strategic move aims to enhance production capacity, improve operational efficiency, and address customer concerns regarding potential supply interruptions due to high demand.
