Gold Rock Investments announced that SEATTLE ONLINE PRIVATE LIMITED is no longer its subsidiary.

This occurred after SEATTLE completed a rights issue, allotting 6.75 lakh new equity shares.

Since Gold Rock held only preference shares and no equity, its stake was diluted.

Gold Rock's shareholding in SEATTLE is now 6.74% of the total, falling below the threshold required for subsidiary status.

This change became effective on June 26, and SEATTLE was not a material subsidiary.
