ASI Industries Limited has acquired 11,000 equity shares of Lloyds Metals and Energy Ltd for Rs. 1.61 Crore.

This move, representing a 0.002% stake, is an investment intended to capture potential long-term or short-term benefits.

Lloyds Metals operates in the steel and mining sector, involved in the entire steel manufacturing value chain from iron ore mining to Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) production.

ASIIL states it does not intend to acquire management control of the target entity.

This strategic investment allows ASIIL to tap into the steel industry's potential through its investment portfolio.
