Shareholders will vote on a ₹10 per share dividend for the last financial year.

The agenda includes the re-appointment of Ms. Nandini Nopany as a Director and the proposed appointment of Mr. Sukhvir Singh as Whole-time Director for three years, with an annual remuneration package of approx. ₹1.38 Cr.

Additionally, shareholders will consider remuneration approvals for the Cost Auditor (₹0.01925 Cr for FY26) and the Secretarial Auditor (₹0.025 Cr for five years, starting FY26).
