J. A. Finance Ltd. has announced key board changes.

Independent Director Mrs. Medhavi Lohia's tenure concludes after serving two full terms.

Following input from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the company has appointed Ms. Deepa Kumari Saha as an additional Woman Independent Director, effective subsequent to shareholder approval.

Ms. Saha, a professional Company Secretary with experience in corporate law and finance, will also chair the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees.
