J. A. Finance Limited has announced changes to its Board of Directors.

Ms. Medhavi Lohia will step down as an Independent Director on April 29, 2025, upon completing her tenure.

The company has appointed Ms. Deepa Kumari Saha as an additional Woman Independent Director, effective April 30, 2025, subject to shareholder approval.

Ms. Saha is a professional Company Secretary with experience in corporate law and finance.

This change will also lead to the reconstitution of key committees, with Ms. Saha taking the helm as Chairperson of the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees, strengthening the company's governance.
