Tega Industries' wholly owned material subsidiary, Tega McNally Minerals Limited, has appointed Mr. Anand Sen as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director to its Board.

Mr. Sen, who also serves as a Non-Executive Independent Director on Tega Industries' board, will join the subsidiary's board for a five-year term.
