TCI Industries has allotted 3,750 Zero Percent Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (NCRPS) to ABC India Limited, an entity from its Promoter Group, raising Rs. 0.15 Cr.

These shares were issued on a private placement basis.

The NCRPS are non-convertible, carry no dividend, and have no voting rights.

They are redeemable at a premium within 20 years at the company's option and do not alter the company's paid-up equity share capital.

This move strengthens the capital structure without equity dilution.
