Praveg Limited has announced its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 12, 2025, at 12:30 p.m.

The meeting will be held virtually via Video Conference/Other Audio Visual Means.

Shareholders can participate and cast their votes through remote e-voting, which will be open from August 8, 2025 (9:00 a.m.) until August 11, 2025 (5:00 p.m.). August 5, 2025, is the cut-off date to determine e-voting eligibility.

The company also clarified that Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) will be applicable on dividends paid or distributed.
