Religare Asset Reconstruction Company has announced an e-auction for multiple secured properties to recover outstanding dues from various borrowers.

These properties, primarily flats and apartments across Maharashtra, are being sold on an "as is" basis.

The total demand from these non-performing assets amounts to approximately Rs. 1.35 Cr, with a combined reserve price set at about Rs. 0.74 Cr.
