The company has appointed Mr. Jaivikkumar Patel as an Additional Director and Managing Director for a five-year term, following a review by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Jaivikkumar Patel brings over 7 years of experience in agro-related products, finance, and capital markets.

Concurrently, Mr. Jignesh Kumar Patel has resigned from both his roles as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer due to personal reasons and other professional commitments.
