Avanti Feeds, BCPL Railway Infrastructure, and TANFAC Industries have announced key shareholder updates.

Avanti Feeds' 32nd AGM on August 14, 2025, will consider a dividend proposal for FY25, with book closure from August 8-14. BCPL's 28th AGM on September 11, 2025, will also include a proposed dividend of Rs. 1 per share for FY25. TANFAC Industries seeks shareholder approval on a special resolution via e-voting until August 19. Separately, RBL Bank reported Q1 FY26 total income of 451.06 Cr and net profit of 20.03 Cr.

Rossari Biotech's Q1 FY26 figures showed total income of 488.65 Cr and net profit of 33.60 Cr.

Kerala Ayurveda also approved its Q1 FY26 financial results.
