Simplex Infrastructures has approved converting 8,65,052 warrants into equity shares, raising approximately ₹25 crore.

These shares were issued to Quant Mutual Fund - Infrastructure Fund at ₹289 each, strengthening the company's equity base.

This move enhances financial flexibility by bringing in funds from a key institutional investor.

The newly issued shares will be listed on stock exchanges, increasing liquidity and the company's overall market float.
