Shradha AI Technologies has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Standalone revenue for the quarter was ₹6.02 Cr, with a profit of ₹3.36 Cr.

Consolidated revenue reached ₹6.03 Cr, resulting in a profit of ₹3.25 Cr.

The company's 36th Annual General Meeting will be held virtually on August 29, 2025. Shareholders will consider the continuation of Mr. Sunil Raisoni and the re-appointment of Mr. Vineet Ladhania as directors.

The board also appointed new Internal and Secretarial Auditors.

A record date of August 8, 2025, is set for a potential final dividend, pending shareholder approval.
