Advent Hotels International Limited, the Resulting Company from the composite scheme, announced a significant board reconstitution.

Six new directors were appointed, including three Independent Directors: Mr. Ajoy Mehta (ex-IAS, urban development expert), Mr. Rajeev RA (ex-IAS, extensive experience in urban development and large infrastructure projects), and Ms. Maryam Khan.

Additionally, three Non-Executive & Non-Independent Directors joined: Mr. Jayvardhan Goenka and Ms. Sanjana Goenka (from Dynamix Group, involved in projects with over ₹2,000 Cr GDV), and Mr. Arshad Balwa (founder of a tech-enabled broker). This move diversifies and strengthens the board for the company's future.

One director also resigned.
