Cipla has invested approximately ₹5 Cr to acquire a 20% stake in iCaltech Innovations Private Limited, a Bangalore-based company focused on respiratory medical diagnostic products.

This strategic investment strengthens Cipla's leadership in respiratory care, aiming to develop integrated healthcare solutions by combining its pharmaceutical expertise with iCaltech's advanced medical device technologies.

The capital will enable iCaltech to expand and develop innovative devices, enhancing access to high-quality diagnostic solutions. iCaltech reported a turnover of ₹6.70 Cr in FY25.
