Mrugesh Trading has submitted a certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), MUFG Intime India, confirming efficient processing of share dematerialization requests for the quarter ended June 30. The RTA verified that all physical share certificates received were correctly accepted or rejected, then mutilated and cancelled.

Importantly, the electronic records were updated by substituting depositories' names in the company's register, ensuring accurate and timely shareholder records.

This process is key for smooth trading and investor confidence.
