Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading initially entered into a three-year Leave & License Agreement for a new Navi Mumbai facility to expand its manufacturing of Namkeen, Farsan, and dry fruits.

This involved a monthly license fee of Rs 0.068 Cr, set to increase annually.

However, the company has mutually terminated this agreement due to feasibility issues regarding compliance requirements.

Leo Dryfruits will vacate the premises by August 31, 2025. This decision impacts the company's immediate plans for expanding its manufacturing footprint.
