Integrated Personnel Services (IPSL) has announced a procedural change for its upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM). The Board has appointed M/s CS Nuren Lodaya And Associates as the new Scrutinizer for the e-voting process, replacing M/s M.K.

Saraswat & Associates LLP.

This ensures the e-voting, both remote and during the EGM, is conducted in a fair and transparent manner.
