Suryo Foods & Industries Limited has appointed Mr. Ashok Kumar Das as its Chief Operating Officer, effective from a recent board meeting.

Mr. Das, aged 57, brings over 32 years of extensive aquaculture experience to the role.

Following input from its Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the board also re-appointed Mr. Amarendra Dash as Managing Director and appointed Mr. Aditya Dash as Chief Executive Officer.

The company clarified that a delay in disclosing Mr. Das's brief profile was unintentional.
