Mr. Ankur Gogia has been appointed as the new Managing Director and Additional Director, succeeding Mr. Satish Gogia.

Ankur Gogia is an experienced professional with a background in stock broking operations and holds CFA, BBA, and BCom qualifications.

The company also re-appointed M/s H D Gupta & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term and M/s Sunil Kulshreshtha & Associates as Internal Auditors for one year.

Additionally, M/s Arpit Garg & Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, enhancing the company's compliance and governance structure.
