Mr. Santoshkumar Hardwari has resigned as the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer.

Following this, Mr. Dhairya Bharatbhai Shah has been appointed as the new Managing Director for a five-year term.

Additionally, Ms. Manali Rajeshbhai Patel joins the board as a Non-Executive Additional Director.
