Hampton Sky Realty Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary, RPIL Healthcare Private Limited, has appointed Ms. Tarandeep Kaur as its Company Secretary.

Ms. Kaur, who currently serves as the parent company's Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, will now also oversee the subsidiary's secretarial functions.

This move, approved by the subsidiary's Board with the parent company's input, strengthens the subsidiary's corporate governance and ensures consistent, experienced leadership in its compliance and administrative affairs.

This enhances operational stability for the subsidiary.
