The company has appointed Mr. Asutosh Arun Sahu and Mr. Sanjay Tulsidas Bhanushali as Additional Non-Executive & Independent Directors.

Mr. Sahu brings finance and accounting expertise, while Mr. Bhanushali has experience in accounting and finance for the automobile sector.

These appointments strengthen the board with independent oversight, enhancing governance.

Both are unrelated to existing management and are not debarred from holding director positions.

Their initial term is for up to three months, pending shareholder approval for a five-year term.
