Sampann Utpadan India is bolstering its board.

The company has approved the appointment of Mr. Anant Kumar as a new Independent Director.

Additionally, Mr. Ashok Jolly and Mr. Pramod Agrawal are set for reappointment as Independent Directors for their second five-year terms.

The board also proposes the reappointment of Mr. Sanjeetkumar Gourishankar Rath as a director liable for rotation.

These governance changes are subject to shareholder approval.

The company also proposes the appointment of M/s Satish Jadon & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, subject to AGM approval.
