Company Update

Solitaire Machine Tools Ltd. has released its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported total income from operations of ₹2.19 crore, a decrease from ₹4.86 crore in the same quarter last year.

Net profit after tax for the quarter stood at ₹0.05 crore, down from ₹0.41 crore year-on-year.

Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) was ₹0.09, compared to ₹0.95 previously.

These results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting.
