SUPER BAKERS (INDIA) LTD. has announced its 31st Annual General Meeting will be held remotely on September 25, 2025, providing shareholders with e-voting options.

The board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Anil S. Ahuja as Managing Director for three years starting January 1, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Mann A. Ahuja has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Director.

Both director appointments are subject to shareholder approval.

Furthermore, M/s. Nishant Pandya & Associates have been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five financial years, also pending shareholder endorsement.
