Omega Interactive Technologies has expanded its share base by allotting 364,344 new equity shares.

This allotment resulted from a warrant holder exercising their warrants, bringing in Rs. 3.4977 Cr as the balance payment.

As a direct result, the company's paid-up equity capital has increased from Rs. 1.91 Cr, representing 1,911,932 shares, to Rs. 2.27 Cr, representing 2,276,276 shares.

This marks a further conversion of previously issued warrants.
