Prakash Woollen & Synthetic Mills' board has made several key governance and financial decisions.

New directors have been appointed, including Mr. Ashish Gupta and Mr. Kapil Gupta as Whole-Time Directors and Mr. Pankaj Kumar Mittal as an Independent Director, pending shareholder approval for their respective terms.

Additionally, the board endorsed the reappointment of Managing Director Mr. Daya Kishan Gupta for three years.

The company will also bring on a new secretarial auditor for five years.

Financially, the board approved securing up to 10 Cr in loans from promoters, directors, or other corporate entities.

The Annual General Meeting has been scheduled.
