Company Update

Bajaj Steel Industries' Board has approved its standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company also appointed Mr. Mayank Bhandari as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a two-year term, subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Bhandari is an experienced businessman with a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering.

He brings extensive experience in administration, sales, marketing, and commercial functions, currently serving as Executive Director at Star Circlips & Engineering Ltd. and Promoter & Director at MMP Industries Limited.

This appointment enhances the board's expertise.
