Company Update

VEER GLOBAL INFRACONSTRUCTION's Board has approved the re-appointment of Shri Vijaybhai Vagjibhai Bhanshali as Managing Director for a five-year term, starting August 5, 2025. This ensures continuity in the company's strategic direction.

Additionally, Madam Rakhee Jain has been re-appointed as an Independent Director for a two-year term, effective July 23, 2025, strengthening the company's governance.

Both re-appointments are contingent on shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, maintaining stability in key leadership and oversight roles.
