Company Update

Diana Tea Company's board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sandeep Singhania as Managing Director for a further five years, effective August 27, 2025, until August 26, 2030. Mr. Kiran Nanoo Desai has also been re-appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second five-year term, starting December 1, 2025, until November 30, 2030. These re-appointments, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's review, ensure continued experienced leadership.

Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, providing stability in the company's governance.
