Raghav Daga acquired 38,983 shares, equivalent to 9.94% of the company, from family members Lalit Kumar Daga, Sheela Daga, and Lalit Raghav Daga HUF.

This off-market transaction is an inter-se transfer within the promoter family.

Crucially, the total shareholding of the entire promoter and promoter group remains unchanged following this transaction, indicating a mere internal restructuring.
