Clara Industries Limited's Fund-raising committee has approved the preferential allotment of 57,50,000 fully convertible warrants at an issue price of Rs. 25 each.

These warrants, allocated to both promoter and public categories, allow holders to subscribe to one equity share within 18 months from allotment.

The company has received an initial payment of Rs. 6.25 per warrant, totaling Rs. 3.59 Cr.

The balance 75% will be paid upon conversion.

These warrants are subject to a specified lock-in period.

This capital raising initiative will bring funds into the company and potentially expand its equity base.
