Mangalam Seeds has announced that Independent Directors Mr. Samir Jitendrabhai Shah and Mrs. Riddhi Nimit Shah have concluded their tenures and stepped down from the Board.

As a result of this change, Mr. Shah is no longer the Chairman of the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders' Relationship Committees.

Similarly, Mrs. Shah is no longer a member of these committees, including the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.

This development is a routine change reflecting the completion of their appointed terms as independent directors.
