Zodiac JRD-MKJ Limited's Board, in a recent meeting, approved the appointment of Mr. Marc Christopher Weinmann as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.

Mr. Weinmann, a German national, brings significant international business experience.

He holds a diploma in International Marketing and Economics and founded/leads VEM Group, a global manufacturer of electric motors and drive systems.

His extensive background in global manufacturing and leadership is expected to strengthen the company's board, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
