Mahanagar Gas (MGL) has received the NCLT order approving the merger of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Unison Enviro Private Limited, into MGL.

This strategic move aims to simplify MGL's corporate structure and streamline operations.

As Unison Enviro is a fully-owned entity, there's no share dilution for existing MGL shareholders.

The scheme will become effective once MGL files the certified order with the Registrar of Companies, marking a step towards enhanced operational efficiency.
