This is to determine which shareholders will be eligible to receive the dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, pending approval at the upcoming 40th Annual General Meeting.

The AGM is scheduled for August 18, 2025. August 11, 2025, is also the cut-off date for voting eligibility at the AGM.
