Company Update

Polo Queen Industrial and Fintech's Board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a consolidated total income of 17.43 Crore and a consolidated net profit after tax of 0.72 Crore.

Additionally, the Board re-appointed M/s. N. K. Jalan and Co. as Statutory Auditors for four years.

Mr. Umesh Kumar Agarwalla and Mr. Udit P. Sanghai were also re-appointed as Whole-time Directors for three-year terms, ensuring continuity in leadership and oversight for the company's future.
