Jonjua Overseas Limited has acquired the "Major HSJonjua" trade name from Harjinder Singh Jonjua, a related party, for Rs. 34.53 Crore.

The payment for this acquisition is on an unsecured loan basis.

This strategic move aims to expand the company's global business operations and leverage the trust associated with the tradename, which has been in use for 35 years in the global market.

This acquisition is expected to strengthen Jonjua Overseas' brand portfolio and deepen its reach into new global markets.
