Madhusudan Industries has announced its 79th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on Wednesday, 20th August, 2025, at 11:30 AM IST via video conferencing.

Shareholders can access the AGM notice and annual report on the company's website.

A remote e-voting facility is available from 11th August to 19th August, with 13th August as the cut-off date for voting eligibility.

Shareholders without registered email IDs can obtain e-voting credentials by contacting the company.

This allows all shareholders to participate and cast their votes conveniently.
