Shree Krishna Infrastructure has received requests from Mr. Ravi Rajiv Kotia, Mr. Amit Rameshbhai Kotia, and Mr. Dhaval Rameshchandra Kotia to reclassify their shareholder status from "Promoter/Promoter Group" to "Public." This move follows an Open Offer and Share Purchase Agreement, with all three individuals now holding zero shares.

They have confirmed they are no longer associated with the company's business operations, do not exert control, and have no special rights or board representation.

This reclassification signifies a change in the company's ownership structure and stakeholder categories.
