JMD Ventures Limited has opened a special window for shareholders to re-lodge physical share transfer requests that were previously rejected or returned before April 1, 2019. This window is open for six months, from July 7, 2025, to January 6, 2026. Shareholders who missed the prior March 31, 2021 deadline can resubmit documents to the company's Registrar and Transfer Agent.

Once documents are in order, these securities will be issued in dematerialized form, requiring the lodger to have a demat account.

This aims to regularize old physical share transfers for stakeholders.
