Arkade Developers has fixed Friday, August 1, 2025, as the record date for its 1st interim dividend.

Eligible shareholders will receive Re.

1/- per equity share (10% of face value). The dividend will be paid on or before August 12, 2025. Notably, the Promoters and Executive Directors are forgoing their dividend rights to enhance shareholder value.
